Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for furnishing accurate and current information required for the provision of services. Additionally, clients must adhere to any guidelines or requirements specified by 100localz to ensure successful service delivery.

Payments and Fees

Payment terms will be delineated in the service agreement. Clients are accountable for timely payment of all fees. Failure to remit payments may lead to the suspension or termination of services.

Confidentiality

100localz commits to maintaining confidentiality regarding all client-provided information, including business strategies, financial data, and other proprietary information. Similarly, clients agree to uphold the confidentiality of any proprietary information provided by 100localz.

Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property generated as a result of services provided by 100localz shall be owned by the client, unless otherwise stipulated in writing. 100localz reserves the right to utilize anonymized and aggregated data for analytical and marketing purposes.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services provided by 100localz with written notice. In the event of termination, clients are responsible for any outstanding fees incurred up to the termination date.

Limitation of Liability

100localz shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the provision of services. In no event shall the total liability of 100localz exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.

Changes to Terms

100localz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
